A standard-sized product is generally no larger than about 150 cubic inches per unit. Larger products or unusually high storage requirements may require an adjustment.
An additional item is each physical unit after the first, whether it is the same product or a different product. Oversized, heavy, dispersed, case-picked, or otherwise nonstandard products may require adjusted pricing.

Standard boxes, mailers, and other packaging materials are billed separately. Ordinary tape, shipping labels, and modest dunnage are included in standard fulfillment. Customer-supplied packaging has no material charge.
Standard rates are subject to product and workflow review. Oversized, heavy, regulated, unusually fragile, or operationally complex products may require separate pricing.

Is there a minimum number of orders?
No. Pickcraft has no order volume minimum and no monthly fulfillment minimum. Storage and other work you use are still charged as defined.
What does standard fulfillment cost?
Standard fulfillment starts with a $49 monthly platform fee, $2.50 for the first item in an order, and $0.40 for each additional item. The platform fee includes standard integrations and storage for up to 10 standard-sized products. Receiving, returns, packaging, shipping, additional storage, and special work are priced separately as shown above.
How is shipping billed?
Shipping is calculated per parcel based on service, weight, dimensions, destination, and applicable carrier adjustments, and is shown separately on your invoice. Approved customer-owned carrier accounts are also permitted.
When will my orders ship?
Standard orders received by 11:00 a.m. Eastern ship within one business day, provided inventory is available and the order does not require review or special handling.

Pickcraft operates from the northwest side of Indianapolis, Indiana, and fulfills parcel orders nationwide.
Which systems can connect?
We can support standard ecommerce connections, APIs, CSV workflows, web interfaces, and reasonable legacy adapters. Substantial custom applications or paid external services are scoped separately.
Can we use our own carrier account?
Yes, approved customer-owned carrier accounts are permitted, subject to review. You may also use the shipping options available through Pickcraft.
